How a claim is scored

• What exact job categories are named?

• What time window and geography are implied?

• Does the cited study measure replacement, task shift, hiring freezes, or productivity?

• What counter-evidence exists in the same window?

Why this matters

Policy and boardrooms react to narratives. If the narrative outruns the data, workers and managers both get worse decisions. We publish the scorecard even when it contradicts the week’s viral take.
